How do I find you at the Airport?
Outside the Cancun Airport building you will see an area where some travel representatives are waiting for other people and holding signs, our airport greeter will be in that area holding a banner of our company CANCUN CHEAP TRANSFERS
After making your booking, you will receive in your email the voucher and the Arrival Instructions will be on it. Please read them carefully. We try to make the explanation as clear as possible to make the meet & greet an easy proccess for you.

How long do I have to wait at the airport for my vehicle?
Once we have you the staff call the driver who is parked in a main parking lot it will take no more than 3 minutes.
Do I have to print my coupon?
We highly recommend to print your confirmation coupon so that you can show it to our representative at your arrival, You can also have it ready to be shown on your cellphone. After that our staff will ask to sign a boarding pass at arrival.
How can I pay my reservation?
These are the options you can pay your reservation; prepay thru paypal, pay the full amount in cash upon arrival, or use your credit card, we have credit card machine, (under request).
Can I make changes on my reservation information?
You can make unlimited changes to your reservation information with no extra cost. Please try doing it with as long in advance as possible, prior to your service date. For last minute changes, we cannot guarantee to be able to make them, (it doesn´t mean we are not going to do our best)it all depends on our operation for that day. In case you miss your flight ,please email or call us as soon as possible, providing the update information for your arrival.
What about if my flight is delayed?
We will be monitoring your arrival flight, so we will know if the flight is on time; in case it is delayed, we will know the exact hour of your arrival and we will be waiting for you at no extra cost.
In case your flgith is cancelled, please email us the new arrival information, so we can re-schedulle your service.
Will I have to share my vehicle?
No, you will not share it at all. Just your party. Remember our Transportation Service is Private.
I will go to Cancun tomorrow, can I still book and get a coupon confirmation?
Yes, you can. We recommend to prebook at least 12 hrs prior your filight time, so we can give you the service you deserve.
Can you take me from my arrival hotel to my departure hotel?
Yes, we can, We provide any kind of ground Transportation Service you require in Cancun and The Riviera Maya. For more information please contac us for personal quotaion.
My friends are travelling with me, can I add them to my reservation?
Yes, you can add more passengers to your reservation. However it is very importan you let us know prior your service date.
Please consider that extra charges may apply, as rates shown when reservation was made, were considered under the amount of passengers selected. Please be aware that if you do not inform us about this changes prior to your arrival, our representative at Airport has not permission to accept transport more passengers than the ones indicated on coupon.
I booked round trip service, do I need to call in order to confirm pick up time for my departure?
If you booked a roundtrip service there is no need to do that, our representatives will give you at your arrival a ticket confirming your departure date and your pick up time as well, so the only hurry you will have to do is enjoying your staying.
In case your departure changes, please let us know with enough time, so we can reschedule your transportation services. Otherwise changes requests may go under approval to be confirmed, according to our operation.
Is the driver tip included in your fee?
No it is not. Even tipping is not mandatory, they are really valued.
Do you have car seats?
Yes, we do have car seats available upon request, Seats are suitable for children 0 to 3 years old.
Do you rent your vehicles with a driver?
Yes, we do. You can rent the van with a driver per hour, private tours and shopping tours.
What should I do if my hotel/destination is not in your listing?
We try hard to have a vast list of hotels and destinations for our clients, but in case that the hotel or place you are going to stay, doesn’t appear on the listing of our search engine, please contact us via email, and let us know your request, we will be glad to help.
We are travelling to Cancun within the next 6 months, Can I make a reservation now?
Yes, we can take your reservation, no matter if you will come over within the next 6 months or next year. We take reservations up to 12 months in advance.
